Job Description:

This position will provide primary support for issues related to our SAP HR implementation; specifically related to CATS, Personnel Administration, and Compensation. The individual will become proficient in our CATS/Absence Reporting as well as master data, compensation and other table updates. This individual will triage service desk tickets raised by end-users, work toward issue resolution and document the issue/solution.

Bachelor's Degree

·         Good communication skills

·         Knowledge of SAP HR CATS, Personnel Administration, and Absence Tracking

·         SAP Hr Configuration experience

·         Excellent documentation skills

·         Interpersonal skills essential to work with internal customers at all managerial levels within the company, external clients, other Production Support team members, Technical team members, Implementation team members, power users and others
