Description	• 6+ years of IT solutions experience • 4+ years of experience analyzing, designing, developing and delivering SharePoint solutions in a variety of business environments • 2+ years of experience analyzing, designing, developing and delivering SharePoint 2010 solutions in a variety of business environments • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to determine overall strategy and elicit business and technical requirements • Propose complete solutions that align with stated business objectives. • Work with various stakeholders to develop proof of concepts based on high-level business requirements • Create, review and present architectural designs of a complete product • Provide technical leadership in all aspects SharePoint deployment activities including analysis, requirements, design, development, testing and deployment • Work with a variety of IT stakeholders to analyze the current architecture and provide implementation plans for upgrade and various deployment scenarios • Provide technical guidance, support and best practice leadership for an existing team • Establish technical procedures, guidelines & templates for a variety of deployment scenarios • Create SharePoint solutions roadmaps and architecture documents • Design and developed custom web parts to support a variety of user defined scenarios • Provide training and mentoring to existing staff including administrators, developers, systems engineers, and web site designers. QUALIFICATIONS • Experience architecting solutions based on the SharePoint 2010 platform • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective SharePoint solutions • Demonstrated ability to design logical and conceptual models for SharePoint 2010 architectures • Demonstrated experience in the following areas of SharePoint: Taxonomy, content types, features, web part development, master pages, page layouts, site definition customization, branding, information architecture, search, security, data modeling, Excel Services, SQL Server Reporting Services, InfoPath, workflows, farm setup & configuration/tuning, search customization, content deployment, backup & recovery, PowerShell scripting. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, development and unit testing • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology • Self-starter and able to work independently • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Able to project a high degree of confidence when working with clients and other stakeholders • Excellent communication skills.
