Location –  Chicago, IL 

Duration – 12  months plus

 Basis Administration and support work the resource will assist with pro-active monitoring and performance analysis, general Basis work (client copies, creation of environments, etc). In addition, the person will be expected to support the following applications as well.

 

SAP applications support for :

·         ECC + Biller Direct / Dispute Management SEM + BI SCM + liveCache + Optimizers

·         GRC:  GTS

·         GRC:  Access Control

·         GRC:  Process Control

·         Solution Manager

·         MII

·         NWDI

 

Non-SAP applications

·         Vertex (Tax)

·         Tidal Enterprise Scheduler

·         Tidal Horizon

·         Tidal Transaction Analyzer

·         ARIS
