Infrastructure Program Resource Request	Project: Document Management Phase 2
Position:	Senior SharePoint Developer � Document Management Fill a key role as a Senior SharePoint Developer on an enterprise Document Management project utilizing SharePoint 2010. Assist Business Analysts and Architects on the development of Requirements, Functional Design, and architectural documents for numerous departments and develop document migration strategies, and design and build the associated departmental document management sites. Specific responsibilities include: Prepare status reports, identify risks and their mitigation and provide estimates when required. Collaborate with business analysts on the development of Requirements and Functional Design Documents Perform Impact analysis and provide engineering estimates Work with a SharePoint Architect to develop Architectural Documents, and develop proof-of-concepts using SharePoint and 3rd party webparts and components Take direction from a SharePoint Architect, Business Analysts, and Project Managers as part of matriced teams. Oversee work of developers Write SharePoint and .Net program code and unit test scripts, and execute unit test scripts Write migration scripts to migrate documents and metadata into SharePoint Contribute to Agile Development culture of zero defects in code before check-in Provide fixes for assigned defects from System and User Acceptance Testing Phases Perform migration of tested SharePoint applications to Production environments
Location:	Manchester NH, with some remote work allowed.
Mandatory:	9+ years of experience working in IT organizations 4+ years of experience developing applications in SharePoint Experience with 3rd party SharePoint tools from Bamboo, Colligo, Nintex, Quest, or similar vendors 5+ years of experience developing web applications 4+ year of experience developing web applications in a .NET environment, utilizing technologies such as .NET 3.5 Framework, C#, ASPX.NET, SQL Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science or related field Management and Soft Skills Team Leadership Performing Design and Code reviews Good Communication Skills Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
Desired:	Working knowledge of Team Foundation Server Experience with Workflow / BPM (tools like K2, Skelta, Windows Workflow Foundation) Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
