Candidates can work Remote

25% travel (most likely to CA region) max

 

Key skill:  IVR Voice XML experience (mandatory)

 

Desired education/skills of a VXML Developer/Consultant:

 

• Demonstrate strong software architecture skills in both an object-oriented and procedural environment and a working knowledge of design patterns.
• Interpret and analyze business requirements to identify risks and design appropriate solutions
• Demonstrate good client interaction skills and ability to interface with CLIENT's technical staff regarding all phases of CTI project implementation, including hardware/software installation, development, and systems integration testing phases.
• Expert in common programming languages such as  Java, .NET, J2EE and database technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Ability to self manage in fast paced environment
• Ability to lead and give technical direction
• Excellent oral/written communications skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work on a team and lead a team of technical resources
• Requires a minimum of 7 years experience in a related discipline.

o        Frameworks: J2EE, .NET

o        Languages/Technologies

§         Java Server Pages (JSP)

§         Java, C#.NET, Visual Basic, C, C++

§         ASP, ASP.NET, C#.NET

§         .NET Web Services

§         VXML, VUI Design, Speech Grammar development

 

o        Database

§         Platforms:

·         SQL Server Programming:

·         

o        IVR Voice XML experience (mandatory), GVP Composer Development skills a huge plus.
