| 10 + rears of experience working on various BI/DW tools and technologies |

| Deep understanding of various BI/DW architectures |

| Should have led Architecture teams in large program rollout |
|
|
| Should understand data models / structures and be able to suggest improvements. |
|
|
| Lead discussions with customer on ERWIN diagrams, project structure definition (the split and design at Database, Data Source, Data Warehouse, ETL & Reporting layers). Should be able to define and document requirements and HLD by himself. |
|
|
| Conversant with Data Management processes |
|
|
| Conversant with Source to target flows |
|
|
| Conversant with Master Data Management (MDM) |
|
|
| Conversant with Metadata Management |
|
|
| Understand various tools in market used in a BI / DW environment, such as Oracle DB DB2/ UDB DB Informatica Hyperion Fed Server Oracle DW SAP BW SAP HANA SAP Business Objects |
|
|
| Working knowledge of SAP BO |
|
|
| ESSENTIAL | ||
| Excellent Communication skills – Language & Presentation |
|
|
| Listening Skills |
|
|
| Ability to collaborate with multi location delivery teams and customer stakeholders |
|
|
| Ability to work in culturally diverse groups |
|
|

| Prior experience with an Indian IT vendor organization such as MSat |
