Not looking for Web Developers – If you see Most of experience & recent experiences in the areas of ASP.Net, AJAX and HTML/CSS. Try to avoid them.
Mandatory Skills:
• Strong leadership qualities and experience in developing high quality software and ability to lead and coach software engineers.
• Object oriented analysis and design, including design patterns like MVVM and algorithms.
• Multi-threaded component design and development on the MS platform.
• Strong debugging skills on the .NET platform and MS operating systems (WinDBG, Visual Studio Debugging)
• 5-7 years of experience with C# programming using .NET platform(Windows Based Applications).
• Overall 9+ years programming/design & development experience.
• Experience in Window Based application development
• Experience with XML and XML based frameworks.
• Experience with .NET 4.0 including strong skills in WPF programming.
• Experience with TDD concepts and proficiency in unit test frameworks like nUnit, VSTS.
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management provided by Visual Studio 2010 and TFS
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with C, C++ , VC++/Win32/MFC, COM
· Experience with unit test frameworks like nUnit, VSTS.
· UML Modeling with VSTS
· Experience in System Level Applications (Good at Operating Systems Concepts)
· Experience in Agile Project Management
· Experience in Process Automation (Optional)
· Experience with System Level Concepts(Optional)
· Understanding of the guidelines and process for software development including test plans, code churn analysis, SDL, ERE practices etc.
· Profiling the applications for performance and memory management
Job Roles/Responsibilities:
Individual contributor working with Client Dev/QA team and Common Architecture team in doing prototyping evaluation of Technology and defining new framework with an option to lead the team as the team ramps up.
