Position: Lead Oracle Financials Functional /Implementer
Location: NJ
Duration: 6+ months

Required:
• Experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 Financials applications and integrating with 3rd party systems.
• Must have at least 5-8yrs of experience with General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, TCA Customer Model, Financials Foundation modules.
• Act as functional lead and drive business requirements, CRP, UAT and cutover phases.
• Act as a primary liaison for all Financials business users for project related activities.
• Ability to lead and drive cross functional and solution design meetings.
• Work on Business process reengineering, System Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Solution Design, Testing and Implementation. Guide users in formulating requirements, advice on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis
• Conduct user boot camp and user training
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance business processes
• Experience with SDLC, Change Management process and developing functional design specifications for Report, Interface, Customization and Extension objects, testing and supporting the applications.
• Ability to understand the business, their processes; Ensure that system functionality and performance meet current and future business requirements.
• Experience with AIM or similar oracle applications implementation methodology to implement Oracle Ebusiness suite modules
• Act as a primary liaison for all Financials business users for support and project related activities. Coordinate and work with onsite and offshore development and support teams
• Experience working with data mapping and validation
• Requires excellent communication, written skills, strong function skills and ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
