Skills Needed:

Bachelor’s degree.

Minimum of three (3) years experience: Examining the methods and processes of the business flow within a diverse public or private service delivery organization.

Minimum of three (3) years experience: Assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying unnecessary steps.

Minimum of three (3) years experience: Incorporating value-added steps into a new process through the translation of business practices into terminology and desk products that seamlessly merge computer and microcomputer technology with work processes

Minimum of three (3) years experience: Assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying where improvements can be made or where new processes can be installed.

Minimum of three (3) years experience: Researching “best practices” of comparable organizations and analyzing the feasibility of installing them where needed.

Minimum of three (3) years experience: Developing new methods and procedures, implementation plans and schedules, and written reports.

Minimum of three (3) years experience: Eliciting and documenting business, user, and system requirements.

Minimum of three (3) years experience: Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD).

Five or more years experience:

-          Facilitating meetings with users to identify and gather business requirements;

-          Documenting functional requirements, business rules, and complex security requirements, and analyzing these requirements for integration with existing systems/software;

-          Producing Logical Design documents from which developers can code. 

-          Experience performing these tasks for large, complex, object-oriented .Net web systems is preferred.

Five or more years experience:

-          Writing user acceptance test plans,

-          Performing unit and regression testing,

-          Supporting users during user acceptance testing.

-          Experience performing these tasks for large, complex, object-oriented .Net web systems is preferred.

Five or more years experience:

-          Performing data queries for extraction and/or validations. 

-          Strong SQL skills for data extraction.
