Must-haves
Minimum of five years of Business Analysis experience
Candidate must have verifiable experience working on business and systems process modeling and re-engineering initiatives.
Should have in-depth experience completing functional, non-functional, and technical specifications.
Siebel experience (preferably CTMS)
Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills
Detail-orientated with strong analytical aptitude
Intermediate to advanced skills in Process modeling
Familiarity with Prototyping/mock ups
Workshop facilitation experience
Experience in Use case and/or User Story development
Experience in writing functional, non-functional, and technical specifications
Experience with formal development methodologies
Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis techniques
Experience modeling business processes
Experience in drafting logical and physical data models, including systems flow diagrams
Experience in data mapping and building data dictionaries
Experience in eliciting and elaborating governance/process requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Visio, Excel, Word
Must be able to lead group discussions and be comfortable eliciting requirements from geographically dispersed stakeholders
Should feel comfortable and be adaptable in an environment with shifting priorities
