5.     .Net Web Services (consuming/creating)

6.     Visual Studio 2008/2010Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge to be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications

7.     Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server(TFS) 2010

8.     Experience in IBM "Midrange" family of computers ( iSeries )

9.     RPG training or background

10.  Experience using an Agile systems development methodology
