Location    :         Arlington, VA
Duration    :         6 + Months CTH
Rate           :         $60 /Hr
EAD/GC/US Citizen Required ..........

 

Mobile App Developer:
Serves as a Mobile Application Developer in the USPS OIG Application Development Directorate. Assists in Strategy to successfully introduce mobile technology into the OIG Environment. Designs and Engineers secure mobile applications based on iOS platform. Supports the development of new applications specifically for iPhone/iPad. Be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: assisting with architecture, design and development, user experience, documentation, unit testing, delivery, and maintenance. Implements innovative solutions and technologies in designing and developing new OIG mobile apps. Designs and implements solutions to push internal enterprise applications out to mobile devices. Coaches and mentors other developer(s) in Mobile development

 

Required skills:
Minimum of 3 years Mobile Application experience; Minimum of 5 years of experience working on web based development projects. Experience in working with latest iOS version and developing iOS applications on the front end and in utilizing emerging web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and web fonts.

 

Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and team oriented individual. Capable of working independently as well as an effective team member on projects. Ability to offer constructive feedback in requirements and design. Possession of excellent analytical and problem solving/debugging skills.

 

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or tech field.
