Position: Salesforce Project Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Duration: 6 months

 

Responsibilities:

Management of project on daily basis, including project plan, resource assignment and managment, track time and expenses

Manage team of developers and functional experts on daily basis

Involve directly with business users, lead requirement sessions, collect requirements

Drive overall technical architecture and process decisions

Convert requirements in to functional and technical specs

Suggest/Implement solution leveraging industry knowledge and best practices

Will be responsible for managing project deadline and budget

 

Requirements:

Sales Cloud certification and PMP certification preferred

Minimum 2 implementations of Service Cloud with over all 5+ years of experience in Salesforce

Knowledge of CTI integration with Salesforce is a must

Experience in implementing Knowledge base, Entitlements, and Warranty

Experience in implementing Content for Service Cloud

Knowledge of Return Material Authorization process is preferred

Ability to lead integration of Service Cloud with back end application

Demonstrated Knowledge of Visualforce and Apex, and overall Force.com knowledge
