Responsibility based Skills

·         Ability to solicit requirements , perform design (high and low level)

·         Mentor and lead a team of developers (onsite – offshore model)

·         Onsite Offshore coordination experience

·         Leadership and assertive communication skills

·         Consulting in Nature and Solution focused approach

·         Ability to work PMs, Business and Technical Teams

 

Technical Skills

·         Experienced in  .Net development (3.5 and 4.0)

·         Focus on front-end (ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

·         Experience with WCF, WPF, Windows Workflow a plus

·         Experience with SQL server stored procedures , ETL and Transformations are Plus

·         Experience with unit testing, TFS, and continuous integration a plus

 

Screens the candidates along these criteria

1.      5+ years of .Net in web development experience (C#/ASP.NET/SQL Server Stored Procedures)

2.     Significant portion of project experience is developing mission-critical projects (vs. internal admin tools)   è Mission Critical = high volume/ transactional / functionally complex Web based applications

3.     Significant experience coordinating development teams (offshore coordination from onshore) assigning and tracking work across a mixed on/off-shore development team i.e. led code quality process: code reviews, unit testing, developer evaluations

4.     Strong written and verbal communication skills i.e. excellent English (not difficult to understand or read)

5.     Experience doing software designs (functional decomposition, interactions, user flows, database design)
