We are currently looking for an US IT Recruiter (5 openings) for our Chennai office located in Ambattur.

We are seeking Jr. and Sr. experienced US IT Recruiters to join our offshore recruiting team in India.

Job Requirement:

*           Minimum 1+ years experience in US IT Technical Recruitment.

*           Source, screen & interview potential candidates for contract, contract to hire and permanent opportunities.

*           Recruit candidates through database searches, 3rd party suppliers, job boards, referrals, networking & cold calling.

*           Possess excellent US market intelligence on resource availability and skills.

*           Clear understanding of different types of Visas, Tax-Terms, ability to understand the requirement

*           Excellent understanding of End to end Recruitment cycle.

*           High energy individuals, Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment.

*           Excellent communication and written skills.

*           Should work in EST Timings (6.30pm * 3.30am Indian timings).
