Position: SAP FI Fixed Asset Consultant

Location: Dallas, Texas

Duration: 12 months

 

The SAP FI Fixed Asset Consultant is expected to gather business requirement, design, configure, test, convert data and implement Asset Accounting module for Easton-Bell Sports SAP financial organization. He/she should have project implementation experience in all the areas of FICO and very good understanding of finance business processes. 

 

The Consultant must know how to leverage SAP best practices to implement Fixed Asset module on an existing SAP to support best practices with a proven understanding of process integration within SD, MM and PP areas. This position will be required to work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations to improve EBS's Finance and controlling business processes.

 

Skills Requirements:

·            Minimum 8 years of implementing SAP FICO application areas with at least 4 years of experience implementing Fixed Assets utilizing Best Business Practice Methodologies.

·            Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and post implementation support within the FICO environment.

·            Must have good understanding of various tax depreciation areas and its implementation in SAP

·            Must have worked on various reporting tools in Asset Accounting

·            Must have Asset Accounting integration experience with other modules in SAP

·            Analyze and evaluate requirements and create documentation for systems solutions.

·            Prepare detailed functional specifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.

·            Facilitate knowledge transfer, communication and interaction between various functional organizations and the Information Technology department.

·            Proactively participate in the integration between related SAP functions with other teams.

·            Strong integrative cross-module knowledge between Sales, Purchasing, Production and Supply Chain (SD, MM, PP and WH).

·            Good organizational and presentation skills with good attention to detail required.

·            Strong communications and problem solving skills.
