Teradata Developer

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL development skills, have worked in a Teradata environment and have basic SAS Macros programming skills. The candidate will be using SQL to pull data from a teradata database and will use SAS to manipulate and format the data. Properly pull data from a teradata environment efficiently without skewing the database. This is the main piece of this role. The second part of this role is once you have retrieved the data being able to manipulate and format the data using SAS.
Qualifications:
Understand how Teradata distributes data to multiple systems
Experience pulling data from a Teradata Database
Understanding of SQL functions and Proc SQL
ability to execute efficient SQL querries
Be able to read and develop SAS Macros
