Job Title :Sr SAP ABAP Developer
Location :Lansing, MI
Duration :6+ Months
***Must have experience in SAP ECC 6.0, HCM with Concurrent employment.***
Job Summary:
This position will work as a member of the HR/Payroll development team.
The position will work with other members of the HR/Payroll development team to provide production support, mentoring and development of new items.
Key experiences must include:
Must have experience with OM, PA, Benefits, Time and Payroll modules
Must have Module, Interface, Report and Enhancement programming experience
Must have knowledge of best practices with ABAP programming
Will be expected to mentor colleagues and be proactive in developing colleague skill sets to have a better understanding of ABAP programming (Module, Interface, Report and Enhancement).
Must have strong technical and problem solving skills.
Must be able to mentor colleagues for a better understanding of SAP HCM and ABAP development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional desired qualifications
WebDynpro, FPM WebDynpro and HCM P&F
Higher Education experience (particularly HR)
