·         We are looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in US staffing industry.

·         The candidate should have very good communication skills along with excellent sourcing techniques.

·         Should have prior experience working with Vendors, job portals, networking sites in sourcing resumes.

·         Should have excellent interviewing and negotiating skills.

·         Should reach the target in stipulated time frame.

·         Coordinate with consultants and sales manager in closing the job position.

·         Able to work in a team and abide by company's norms.

·         Able to prepare reports on bench on a daily basis and work  closely with the consultants and coordination with the Management.
