REQUIREMENT:

Lead SQL Database developer with .Net


Location: Radnor PA
Duration: 6 Months+
Rate: DOE


Must have LEAD experience!!


Required Experience & Skills:

The successful candidate will possess the following required
qualifications:

: Expert-level development experience implementing .NET-based Windows
Forms and/or Web Forms applications. Specifically this will require
strong knowledge of:

o .NET Framework versions 2.0 and forward

o C#

o Visual Studio 2005/2008

o Object oriented design concepts, techniques and patterns

o XML/XSL/XSLT

: Expert-level development experience with SQL Server 2005 and 2008.
Specifically this will require strong knowledge of:

o T-SQL

o Data modeling and table design

o Creation of stored procedures, views, functions and other
database objects

o Creation of SQL scripts, and DTS/SSIS packages

o Performance Testing / Tuning and Index Analysis

: A proven track record of developing high-volume database
application software and three tier web applications, from initial
requirements definition through deployment into production. This
includes the ability to design and implement complete software solutions
using the above technologies based on requirements and functional design
documentation.

: 5+ years lead experience in a team development environment working
on projects with other developers

: Self-motivated, self-starting and enthusiastic

: Analytical thinking and problem solving skills for resolving
ongoing issues or defects, and consulting on problems

: Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good
listening and interpersonal skills

: Documentation skills and expertise in writing Technical and Design
documents

: A strong determination to deliver on commitments and the ability to
overcome obstacles and drive forward progress

: Understanding of the complete software development lifecycle and
the value of designing and building for quality

: Responsiveness and flexibility as a team player

: Willingness and aptitude to embrace new ideas and master concepts
rapidly

: Master's degree in a technology field or equivalent experience
