Skills:

a. Quality BA with 5 yrs experience.

b. Ability to interface with business stakeholders in requirements gathering and analysis.

c. Ability to document requirements using formal methods - UML, Flowcharts etc.

d. Prior experience in using software tools like Rational Requisite Pro, Quality Center etc.

e. Healthcare experience desirable. Specialty Pharmacy experience desirable but not mandatory.

f. Self starter. Somebody who can take the initiative to learn and extract the business requirements by interfacing with various stakeholders.
