MVC 2.0 or 3.0
WCF or Web Services
SQL Server 2008

• Needs to have a minimum of 6 years doing design and coding. Will be working on software development full life cycle projects. Experience architecting solutions is a plus. Must have excellent written and communication skills.
• Experienced with leading development teams
• Expert ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex design and coding problems.
• Expert knowledge of the appropriate operating systems and communication interfaces.-Expert understanding and the ability to apply software design and testing principles.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member, across project teams, and independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent); MS desirable
• Expert architecture, design, & implementation skills in the following areas: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, SOA, and web based design and development
• Adobe Flex and Flex Builder experience a plus
• High degree of understanding in security, scalability, flexibility, maintainability, and reliability
