MUST-HAVES:
Minimum of a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent. Master's degree in CS preferred.
Certified Salesforce Developer
Experience with APEX and VSS (Visual Source Safe)
Knowledge of enterprise systems; CRM, SFA, and ERP
Experience with Enterprise Integration tools
Experience with extract, transformation and load tools
Strong understanding of Web Services, SOAP, SOA
Deep understanding of Object Oriented Design and development practices, including design patterns
PLUSSES:
Salesforce.com or Certified Force.com Developer preferred
MBA degree.
Knowledge of Call center operations
Strong initiative, commitment and a positive "whatever it takes" attitude.

Day-to-Day:
You will be replacing the current Salesforce Architect while he is on a 6 week vacation. You will design and build unique, internal (and potentially external) customer-based solutions for extending the value of our Salesforce applications. Using the salesforce.com platform and the force.com developer toolkit, i.e. Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Flow, Apex, and Web Services & Metadata APIs, the candidate will build salesforce.com product extensions and develop new native products on the force.com platform. This position for the 6 weeks will mostly be maintenance and enhancements, but you will be the sole Salesforce contact on-site.
