Location: Milwaukee, WI.
Duration: 6+Months Contract

Experience Summary
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a core DB2 DBA on AIX or AS/400 environment
Minimum of 1 year experience on Database Encryption projects with IBM Info sphere Guardium
Good experience on Performance Tuning , Backup/Recovery & High availability environment
Good to have automation experience (CL/400 or RPG/400 or Shell Scripts) on AIX / AS400
Good exposure to Build, Deployment, Design & Support Operations ( L2 , L3 /L4 )
Hands-on knowledge on SQL and query optimization is preferred
Experience on encryption at Database level (Column/Function) or at file system level ( IFS / EFS ) must
Encryption experience on SSL (secure socket layer) level / Cryptographic APIs / Auxiliary Storage Pool level / hardware cryptography (Java Interfaces) is an added advantage
Good knowledge on Data Security Standards / on best practices for implementing database encryption is must
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, ability to consult with Client on encryption implementation is must
