Skills Required and Job Description:

Interview Mode : Telephonic Only Provides ETL testing support for large, cutting-edge Data Warehouse team required Duties: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test processes, and methods Conduct testing and prepare test results reports Colaborate with development and integration teams to ensure tests are appropriately integrated Work with product designers and developers at all stages to promote quality Ensure integrity of test data, test conditions, sampling, and coverage Develop a repeatable process for designing, developing, and executing scripts Automating tests where appropriate Produce and prioritize bug reports Reproduce bug reports from the field and write clear steps to reproduce Verify the load, scalability, and performance requirements have been met Work with developers to perform root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis Review functional test results and provide feedback to project lead in a timely fashion Understand business requirements and technical design to assist with defect resolution Adhere to defect tracking process and monitor defects so they progress in a timely manner Report and document defects found during test cycles, and participate in defect prioritization sessions Generate necessary test data for different stages of testing   Requirements: · Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field · 3+ years experience in QA testing or development role · 3+ years in an Agile environment · 2+ years experience in enterprise environments · Solid experience in testing (ETL) extraction, transformation, and loading process · 3+ years experience designing and executing test cases for data warehouses · Experience performing data profiling and validation · Recent experience on a data warehousing project, with healthcare industry experience strongly preferred · Experience with product, functional, regression, and end-to-end integration testing · Experience with relational databases · Strong familiarity with SOA · Proficiency in developing data testing scripts and processes for a data warehouse · Good data management and data analysis skills · Consulting and healthcare industry experience strongly preferred · Good understanding of Agile or Waterfall SDLC, with project plan familiarity · Knowledge of programming in relational database technologies (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) · Familiarity with data warehousing methodologies · Detail oriented, with an understanding of the importance and benefits of good programming and data quality · Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly and concisely articulate testing problems effectively to developers · Able to prioritize effectively and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple, competing tasks · Strong team player able to form functional work relationships with peers and superiors · Intermediate skills in MS Office 2010
