Client is seeking an SAP ECC Service Management resource. Someone who has CRM Service Management experience alone. If they have CRM SM, candidate should be willing to work on ECC SM.

Service management
Service contracts
Customer service
Service billing
Third party repair process
Service notification processing
Warranty processing
Whole unit exchange/return for replacement/exchange
