Duration: 3 months+ Contract
Location: Houston TX
3-5 Years Consultant only.
Rate :$30/hr on C2C
Job Summary
As a Business Analyst you will work closely with the Design and Implementation teams to identify, document & manage business requirements, specifications, business processes changes and recommendations related to the proposed solution via industry standard analysis techniques.
You will partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs and extract true requirements
From high level use cases
You will effectively elicit, document, and manage business requirements, functional specifications, business processes and recommendations related to the proposed solution.
You will work closely with the QA team to validate test scripts against requirements, functional test software, track defects and validate acceptance criteria.
Skills Required to fulfill job responsibilities
Experience with requirements management, test management and defect management tools (i.e. Rally, Quality Center).
Facilitating the execution of all testing activities and providing test data as required for all testing (user roles and scopes, dummy data, etc).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The capability of prioritize competing demands in a changing, highly collaborative environment.
The ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously .
Strong follow-through skills and attention to detail, especially under deadline pressure.
Must be a Quick learner and Comfortable working in a fast paced environment .

Display a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
