Job Title: SAP CRM Consultant
Duration: East Milan, IL
Location: 6+ Months Contract
 
Job Description:
• Lead Technical team for CRM 7.0 implementation
• Lead team of 4-5 in a onsite and offsite model
• Closely work with functional team & business. Gather requirements and design technical solutions
• Provide development estimates, monitor and report progress
• Problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills

 

Skill Sets Required:
CRM specific:
• At least 4 years of SAP CRM experience
• At least 1 project with team Lead experience, handling team size of 4-5
• CRM 7.0, Web UI programming experience MUST
• Experience in BOL/GENIL programming, component, view enhancement
• Good understanding of CRM One order. Extensive experience working on CRM BADI's
• Must have Interaction center experience
• Good to have Ehp 1 or 2 upgrade experience
• Technical Experience working in modules Sales and service
• Middleware enhancement and troubleshooting experience
• IDOC development & monitoring
• Integration experience of SAP CRM with external systems using PI/XI, Web Services
• SAP CRM Base Configuration understanding which includes Business partners, product master, Business transactions, Org management etc

 

In addition to the above the following is good to have:
• Basic understanding of ECC SD process
