Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 5-7 years
Technical/Functional Skills : Strong Experience in 3rd party rules engines - like ILOG Jrules etc.
Good experience in stack consisting of: J2EE (JPA, JTA, JDBC, JMS), Spring 3.x (Core, MVC, Batch), Hibernate with JPA.
Experience Required ILOG JRules experience.
Strong Java experience.
Experienced J2EE web applications developer.
Roles & Responsibilities : Business rules analysis, rules harvesting writing rules design documents
Work with the business to identify key decision points
Build decision models to identify business rule sets
Extract business rules for do documentation, application code, or other sources
Structure the rules based on logical models, domain
Ensure reusability of rules across the enterprise
Ensure the rules use consistent terminology and are readable and understood by the business
Education : Bachelors/Masters
