With a $450 billion combined domestic and international general account portfolio and a multi-billion dollar annual cash flow, Investments is an important contributor to Client's financial performance. · The primary objective of Investments is to maximize Client's long-term economic value by investing in assets that support the company's liabilities and produce a consistent stream of operating earnings. · We are currently seeking a senior developer for the Derivatives and Portfolio Risk Analytics Team of Investments IT. The technical platforms used are .NET and SQL Server.
Principal Responsibilities: · Full life cycle application development. · Requirements gathering and analysis. · Extensive application design, development, testing, and production deployment. · Support Derivatives Desk and Portfolio Management Unit on their risk and analytics needs. · 8+ years of experience in full life cycle application development. · 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry. · Extensive customer interaction to gather requirements, propose solutions, perform user acceptance testing. · 3+ years of experience developing solutions using ASP.NET and SQL Server. · Experience with XML and XSLT · Excellent oral and written communications skills. · Experience with derivatives, fixed-income securities a MUST HAVE
