Position: .Net Developer
Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Description:
Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and development teams to ensure the assignment specifications meet their needs and are scalable.
Research and identify innovative technology solutions that enhance the product offerings.
Develop/execute plans for implementation of new technologies.
Enforce coding standards to ensure code consistency and engender use of design patterns and unit tests.
Prepare technical documentation of systems.
Research and implement security measures to ensure the network, applications, and data are not compromised. These measures should be applied to programming techniques/standards, architectural designs, database, web server configuration, etc.
Work closely with project management throughout software development cycle to provide input to business requirements, deliver technical requirement and estimates, deliver status reports, and meet project deadlines.
Thoroughly document requirements according to departmental standards and methodologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering/other or equivalent work experience required.
3+yrs of modern web design and development skills (HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript)
Should have a good understanding of regular expressions. Knowledge of data transformation a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital/web/mobile application security.
Advanced knowledge of object oriented principals, design patterns and enterprise systems.
Strong experience with C#, MSSQL, Microsoft .Net, CSS3, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, PHP, MySQL, CSS3, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, and open source development preferred.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SaaS and PaaS
Understanding of MVC design patterns
Strong understanding of/focus on user experience and user-centered design.
Experience with partnership and collaboration with 3rd party vendors – able to manage, train, and lead 3rd party resources
Experience with Google Analytics/API desirable
