Job Description:

·         Strong Business Analyst who can assist with requirement gathering relative to deployment planning and workflow/procedures for an internally developed application (iTool)
·         This BA would be working closely with the project PM, the business partners, and the project team
·         A candidate with experience moving teams/organziations from one software to another software are highly preferred
·         Knowledge of financial industries and excellent computer skills are required

Business Analyst Job Duties:

·         Determine and analyze operational objectives by studying current business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
·         Requirement elicitation and documentation for internally developed application
·         Recommend path to successful deployment by identifying requirements for software go live
·         Defines project-related requirements by following project milestones, phases, and elements
·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
