Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Orange County, CA

Duration: 6 Months+

Skills:

·         Assist with the creation and maintenance of training and end-user documentation including outlines, training manuals, how-to guides, knowledge base content, FAQ's and business processes.

·         Documentation Design and Management

·         Online Content creation including user assistance and product documentation

·         Tools: Flash, MS office, Robohelp or Front Page / HTML / XML 

·         Experience in creating user manuals, online help, and other end-user documentation

·         Excellent analytical skills and an aptitude for technical concepts

·         Experience in creating technical documents

·         Should be able to estimate documentation effort independently, with minimal guidance

·         Experience in Healthcare domain would be a plus

·         Design, implementation and testing/audit of technical, facility and human security processes and standards

·         Design, implementation and testing business continuity and data recovery (disaster recovery) processes

·         Design, implementation, and testing production performance monitoring, including performance test, environment tracking tools, alignment of tracking capabilities with contract-required Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and staffing a production support organization.
