 Reaquired Skills :

-Very Strong Core Java and OOPs concepts

- Need hands on experience and sound knowledge on Spring IOC/AOP framework

- Hands on experience for JSF/Prime faces framework

- Good Concepts of ORM tools (Hibernate/ Ibatis)

- Experience on RDBMS

- Experience on any application server like (Weblogic, Apache) (desirable)

- Very Good communication skills

- Client facing

- Should be self motivated

- Should be able to work independently

- Good analytical and debugging skills
