Mandatory Technical Skills    "As a Dynamics CRM Lead Development Consultant, the successful candidate will lead a team of developers, offering both hands on technical development and management experience.
Following are the required skills:
* A strong Microsoft .net and Dynamics CRM 2011 development experience in a Microsoft Partner/consultancy environment.
* A solid technical background in development - C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript
* Good implementation experience (minimally 2 cycles) of Dynamics CRM projects
* A high involvement in hands on technical development in your recent projects
* Experience in managing a team of developers under you
* The team of developers would be location at offshore location, so should be able to manage and coordinate the work with offshore team
* Excellent English language skills and the ability to work in a team"
Desirable Technical Skills    "* Experience in implementation of Dynamics CRM Online
* Understanding of Agile mode of development
* Experience on JIRA tool"
Mandatory Functional Skills    Functional understanding of CRM Sales and Service modules, CRM entity model, Security and usability aspects
Desirable Functional Skills    Investment Banking
Total Experience Required    6+ years
