Position Summary
| Role Description | The project team has a need for an onsite Benefits testing resource to augment the existing HR Benefits resources in testing the solution that is configured by the outsourcing firm. Duties will include
· preparing test scenarios and cases that address all permutations of available employee benefit packages · executing the tests on the outsourcing firm's technology · reviewing the test results with the HR Benefits team and consultant(s) supporting the HR Benefits team · offering an opinion on root causes for unexpected test results to accelerate the remediation of test findings |
| Must Have Skills | · Literate in Employee Benefit programs · Software testing aptitude/experience · Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel |
