Title: Business Analyst
Location: McLean, VA
Length: 1 Year+
This position as noted in the requisition, will be located in Northern Virginia, specifically housed in our Towers Crescent location in Tysons Corner. Some travel will be required as noted. Travel will typically be to our offices in Richmond, VA or Laurel, MD which is local. The contractor will be part of our Bank IT team, specifically supporting the ATM / Debit and Kiosk efforts within the organization in an agile environment. They will work on an agile team.
To be successful in this environment, it's important that the BSA have a background in financial services, retail banking experience specifically, as well as Capital One experience is preferred as they will need to hit the ground running and be able to work independently. Yes, we will do some ATM and Debit training to ground the successful candidate in that space but if they have experience in that field its more beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced BSA with a number of years' experience as they need to be well grounded as a BSA and able to work independently. The following is also required:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels ATM / Debit management on both the IT and Operations side.
An independent thinker and worker although be able to work in a team environment
A can do attitude
Experience working in an agile environment for a number of years is ideal
Experience in Financial Services industry is required with a focus on ATM or Debit preferred
Prior Capital One experience is preferred
