We're looking for a Senior level Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator to provide advanced support for Oracle Weblogic 10.x, Oracle SOA Suite 11g, Oracle Service Bus 11g, Oracle EM Grid Control 11g in a high-availability environment. Candidate will be well versed in all aspects of administration and operations, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, deployment, clustering and failover. This is not an Oracle FMW development requirement, experience and expertise with the FMW SOA/OSB infrastructure is required.

Required Skills and Experience:
·         5+ years of experience providing administration and operational support for high-availability Oracle Fusion Middleware environment, including installation, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
·         Strong understanding and working knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancing, and J2EE environments.
·         Experience developing and executing WLST and UNIX shell scripts to automate common tasks including domain configuration and application deployments.
·         Proven ability to develop, discuss and defend technical solutions with technical and non-technical customers.
·         Experience performing advanced level monitoring/probing and troubleshooting.
·         Server and application level load balancing experience.
·         Experience supporting SOA environments (including BPEL, Service Bus, JCA Adapters, data sources and WS-*)
·         Must be able to successfully manage complex issue resolution.
·         Must have senior level problem solving skills.
·         Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong work ethic.
·         Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
·         Must be self-motivated; able to plan work effort and manage to schedule and priorities
