Position            : JAVA Lead (HR Domain)

Location           : Bay Area, CA

Duration           : 12 Months+ (with possible extension)

 

Requirement:

- 3+ years of experience working in HR domain projects (Payroll, Leave management, Compensation, Hiring)

- Able to interact with Middle management layer, drive the team to deliver

- Experience executing Java, J2EE projects will be desired

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience working in onsite offshore model

 

Prefferred:

Preferably worked in HR & Payroll area functionally

As an alternate we can also look for Oracle HRMS guys with extremely good functional and communication skills and able to manage the customer
