Location: Los Angeles, CA

JD:
Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions. Provide overall business and systems analysis and design support. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements. Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes. Provide testing feedback to technology and monitor adherence to functional requirements Ensure that the resources are equipped to be productive in time to meet requirements of customer. Adjust priorities according to changes in requirements and workload. Assist Overall Program's project manager in making staffing planning decisions and communicate effectiveness of offshore delivery. Provides Training and Operational support to business unit. Provide training to existing staff on and off site training and demos as needed. Assist and advise peers to ensure efficient management of current and incoming resources. May be a subject matter expert in a chosen area/function
Business Analysis:
· The role primary focuses on support in terms of research and background information which is needed by the project teams.
· Aids in the development of client requirements via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, case analysis, workflow analysis, functional decomposition analysis, data modeling, and object modeling.
· Documents the results of analysis activities using the appropriate templates or analysis tools.
Solution Architecture:
1. Ability to take the functional and non-functional requirements and propose solution that will be able to meet the requirements.
2. Work with the design team to realize the architecture by providing suggestions on design options.
3.Review and validate the design decisions taken by the design teams.
4. Work with client architecture teams in - validate the non-functional requirements -discussing and providing inputs on architecture options
5. Present the architecture and design to necessary stake holders as required.
6. Working experience with at least one common SDLC methods (RUP, Velociq)
Media:
Understand the details of file formats Ability to relate to multiple industries across publishing and entertainment Ability to understand O2C and T2R cycles
