QA- Automated Tester
The Automation Tester is an intermediate level position for a seasoned software tester who thrives in a fast paced environment performing quality assurance testing, developing automated scripts, and reporting product defects that ultimately improve quality and client satisfaction. Test tester provides engineering / testing activities in support for development and testing of Telematics solutions for multiple OEM, Aftermarket, and Lifecomm platforms. The selected candidate has the premier responsibility of setting the standard of automated test tool use to improve quality and test efficiency in all Quality Assurance environments.
* 2 + years experience leading the implementation and maintenance of an automated test suite for firmware or software
* 3 + years experience with at least two of the following test automation tools/frameworks: Selenium, JMeter, Loadrunner, SoapUI, Robotium, Maven, ant, Jenkins Continuous Integration (CI)
* 2 + years of programming experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Ruby, Java, C#, VBscript
* Exposure to firmware / software testing on physical devices
* 2+ years experience writing and executing manual test cases in an agile SDLC environment
* Experience training/mentoring others in a fast-paced development environment
