3+ Years of experience in RoR development
Knowledge of Test driven development with rspec, autotest etc.
Previous work experience in web services development
Familiarity with latest tool sets available with rails like coffeescript, angularjs, turbolinks etc.
Previous experience in working in a agile development team
Knowledge of source version control system GIT
Knowledge of frontend development and integration shall be an advantage
