SAP BW Developer
Work Location :Burbank, CA
Relevant Experience (Yrs) :Overall 5+ years of experience
Specific Deliverables :
• Engage in various implementations with SAP NetWeaver 3.X & 7.0 BI/BW versions and functional domain knowledge in SAP CRM, FI-AR, SPL modules.
• Participate in the development and support of reporting solutions primarily using SAP Business Warehouse (BI) application
• Consult with end users, subject matter experts, and project team members to gather, interpret, and document reporting requirements and resolve complex design issues impacting reports.
• Participate in end user design sessions, work with the functional teams to effectively gather reporting requirements, analyze & perform GAP analysis to test the feasibility of the requirements.
• Work with the SAP BI database modeling team members to communicate report requirements and test data modeling changes.
• Analyze and communicate report development issues, including problems with data integrity, data design, and functional and technical software issues.
• Write ABAP code for User-exits on the queries.
• Performance tuning queries
• Portal Content Objects and publishing the BI reports as iViews in Enterprise Portals as KM Bookmarks and iViews, understanding of BI security authorization concepts.
• Document test plans and complete Unit Testing of developed reports. Work with Quality Assurance resources to complete System and Integration Testing.
Specific Skills
• Bachelor degree
• Strong background in SAP Configuration
• IPM Experience a plus

• SAP Frontend Reporting functional and technical design specifications
• SAP Reporting Objects development, testing and transport
• SAP Reporting Frontend Objects Performance Tuning Analysis
Generic Managerial Skills :
• Able to plan/track tasks/activities
• Able to lead the Project.
• SAP, BCS, BW, Business Objects, Netweaver, Portals, ABAP, JAVA, and Solution Manager.
Education :Bachelor degree
