Title: NetApp Storage Engineer
Location: Minneapolis | MN
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6+ Months
Responsibilities:
· Bachelor's degree
· 5 years of experience managing and efficiently utilizing tiered storage in a multi-datacenter environment
· Experience configuring, managing and troubleshooting one or more of the following storage platforms: EMC, Centera, and NetApp
· Experience configuring, managing & troubleshooting one or more of the following storage infrastructure: Brocade SAN Switches
· Experience in virtualized server environments such as VMWare
· Current NetApp or EMC Storage Administration Certification
· Experience operating in ITIL Framework for Change, incident and problem management
· Ability to Translate complex technical information in to simple terms and ideas
· Windows System Administrator Experience
· Experience with corporate networks
· SAN performance tuning experience
· SAN growth and capacity planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 5+ years SAN Administrator Experience, particularly NetApp
· 3+ years Network Administrator Experience
· SAN Migrations/NAS design
· Provides Outstanding Customer Service
· Independent worker with little or no supervision
