Responsibilities
· Develop and foster collaborative relationships with other technical support, development and service teams.
· Accountable and responsible for managing system issues, performance tuning, and backup/ recovery for all environments.
· Act as first and second level of support for all infrastructure issues for the company's Wealth Platform in the J2EE and messaging middleware namespace.
· Provide detailed root cause analysis and suggest workarounds and/or solutions for recurring issues.
· Work with Information Security and Compliance to ensure that infrastructure components are meeting standards for Corporate and Regulatory guidelines.
· Work with the Business Continuity teams to successfully restore the company's Wealth Platform as part of the Disaster Recovery exercise.
· Work independently and collaboratively with other support organizations to troubleshoot system and application issues.
