Duration: 3+ years Contract

Location: LI City Queens, NY 11101
Required Skills and Experience for Position:
• Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft .NET development (preferably in C# or VB.NET), designing and modeling applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science OR equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in developing Secure Web Services/RIA Service technologies.
• Extensive and specific development and architecture experience in Microsoft .Net 2.0 \ 3.0 \ 3.5\ 4.0
• Experience/Knowledge of Silverlight Line of Business Application using Silverlight version 4
• Experience with .NET RIA Services
• Sound knowledge of design patterns.
• Sound knowledge of SDLC \ Agile or RUP approach in software development and
· project management tools
• Participate in code walk-through and process meetings • Contribute to implementation efforts (UAT, environment setup, end user support) • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet project goals within tight deadlines • Sound knowledge in creating UML diagrams and application models • Excellent analytical skills • Must be self-motivated and results-oriented
