Essential functions of a Tibco Interface Solution Specialist / Developer:
Ø A Interface Solution Specialist is responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.
Ø Providing overall guidance, structure and authority for the creation of interface solutions.
Ø Responsible for providing the specification of technologies, application architectures and data structures as a basis for interface development or customization.
Ø Responsible for producing and maintaining all design documentation in line with Interface Solution and/or Infrastructure Architecture standards.
Ø Guarantee all work is compliant with internal and external audit requirements and complies with financial legislative requirements (e.g. statutory, reporting, tax etc.)
Ø Work closely with the Solution Architects, Infrastructure Architects and other technical team leads to ensure any proposed solutions fully integrate with existing and developing architectural patterns.
Ø Design the details of the interface solution both functionally and technically
Ø Create design documents: high level functional and non-functional design as technical design specifications
Ø Consult with (when needed) and obtain design validation by Architecture team
Interface Solution Specialist is required to have:
Ø 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Ø 3+ years as an Integration and Information Architect / Leadership role
Ø 3+ year of experience participating in large-scale, full-life cycle Service Oriented Architecture implementations. This effort can be within a management consulting or industry environment
Ø At least 3 years of experience participating in large Business Integration efforts and being a member of a project team through all phases of the project lifecycle from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live
Ø Must have 3+ years of hands-on technical experience with following tools: TIBCO Active Business Works, EMS, Business Connect, Database Adaptors, XML/XSLT
Ø Should have done TIBCO Architecture design and implementations in the past
Ø Must have strong expertise in design and implementation of SOA based applications
Ø Must have experience on Integration of Off the shelf tools with Other systems using ESB
Ø At least 3+ year experience with web services, ESB, SOA, distributed applications and interoperability
Ø At least 3+ years data integration experience in a broad variety of integration techniques, patterns, tools and methodologies
