Skills Needed:

Knowledge of Microfocus Cobol, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX commands & scripts, Infor technical tools, and data modeling is essential. The incumbent should also be familiar with relational databases and payroll processing. Must know payroll process and the Infor (Lawson) software extremely well. Ability to advise on appropriate action related to systems design, system integration strategies, and to recommend reliable resolutions to issues and problems. Must be able to communicate with other analysts, project managers and with the user, both listening and lending professional advice. This position must work well in a team focused environment. 

·         10 years’ experience with payroll process; 10 years’ experience with Infor (Lawson) software; 10 years’ experience supporting payroll calculation processes. 

·         10 years’ experience developing, testing and maintaining HR systems applications.
