Job Description

• -    Gather Business Requirements - Confirm Current and future Processes, Conduct Interviews and workshops, Research existing documents and best practices, etc.
  
• -    Requirements Analysis - Gap Analysis, Organize Requirements, use cases, user stories, workflow analysis, wireframes
  
• -   Decompose High level requirements into details; Translate business needs into application requirements, Liaison between developers and business SMEs
  
• -       Develop QA Plans, create test cases, test scripts
  

Required Experience:

• -       Windows - 10 years
  
• -       Excel, Visio, PPT, Balsamic (wireframe tool), Rational Requisite Pro -10 years
  
• -       Agile Scrum - 2-3 years
  
• -       QA Plans - 2 years
  
• -       Tests Scripts, Test Cases, Test Tools (QTP) - 2 years
  
• -       Case Tools/UML - 5 Years
  

 Preferred Experience:

• -       Web Design
  
• -       Wireframing Tools
