Description:
Deliver High quality solutions, utilizing an understanding of performance testing concepts, including the ability to evaluate test results to identify performance issues and bottlenecks.
The resource will be working for an agile project that is building a Web based mail system. This mail system support multiple types of web browsers and operation systems. The resource will need to have an understanding of the following.
Web Browsers
Google Chrome Frame
Firefox
Safari
Internet Explorer
Operating Systems
Apple
Linux (Multiple flavors)
Windows ( Multiple types)
Must be have a understanding level of Linux that will allow the resource to view logs to start applications
The resource must have understanding of how mail systems work and a working knowledge of XML.
The tools used in this project include:
HP Quality Center and QTP
• Demonstrating good knowledge and understanding of testing market
• Strong statistical and analytical skill and mind set
• Strong research, problem solving ability
• Strong QTP and HP Quality Center Skills
• Working knowledge of databases (MySQL and Oracle preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the Linux, Unix and MS operating systems
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, networking topology, routers, switches and application behavior over local and wide area network
• Providing focused on accurate and exact data analysis
• Developing and maintaining documentation
• Ability to work under pressure
• Multi-tasking capability and flexible working habits to meet very strict deadlines
